Professional Experience
In the area of Project Inspection and Construction, as a Higher Technician in Industrial Production, he has 15 years of experience in inspection and construction of various projects in both the oil and non-oil sectors, including:
- Petrochemical Sector: Production–Maintenance Liaison Supervisor (Mechanical Coordinator, Urea Plant). Responsible for coordinating and planning maintenance activities related to equipment failures, working closely with the Maintenance and Planning Departments to ensure compliance with scheduled programs.
- Oil Processing Sector: Experience in the assembly of the Reactor and Regenerator of the FCC (Fluid Catalytic Cracking) Gasoline Plant under the PICC Project, aimed at increasing plant throughput capacity. Served as Lead Supervisor in Industrial Safety, Occupational Hygiene, and Environment, overseeing Operational Risk Control for the project.
- Led Operational Risk Control during the construction and assembly of Electrical Substation No. 30 at the Industrial Services Plant of El Palito Refinery, Venezuela.
Engineering and Project Coordination Experience
He has 5 years of experience in detailed engineering and project coordination, working with multidisciplinary teams in the mechanical design of corrective elements to prevent potential leaks in water, crude oil, gasoline, and low- and high-pressure gas pipelines. These efforts optimized onshore construction time and reduced offshore and marine terminal construction timelines. He also has experience working on gas and crude oil pipeline projects within onshore refining facilities.
