B.Sc. in Occupational Hygiene and Safety Engineering

Professional with extensive experience in Industrial Safety, Occupational Hygiene, and Risk Management within the oil and gas industry, primarily with PDVSA and the Paraguaná Refining Center. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as a facilitator and trainer in process safety, covering critical topics such as H₂S, HF, confined spaces, working at heights, and work permit systems. He has played a key role as an advisor and internal auditor in training processes.

Led a multidisciplinary team composed of professionals in Occupational Hygiene, Occupational Health, Process Engineering, Industrial Emergency Response, Operational Risk Control, and Safety & Health Committees. Achieved satisfactory accident prevention indicators across serviced facilities.

Position: Major Maintenance Execution Supervisor
