• Supervise, coordinate all activities related to maintenance, inspections, certifications of category III and IV of the Top Drives of Sinopec Service. 
• Follow up and supervise the aforementioned activities provided by our Nan Nan supplier and third-party companies in charge of applying inspections to the components that are part of the Top Drives. 
• Coordinate and monitor the development of Maintenance software for the company that includes all the Sinopec Service Drilling and Work Over equipment. 
• Coordinate, supervise and participate in the physical and documentary verification of the Drilling and Work Over rigs to define their maintenance schedule, certification and recertification of the equipment, to comply with technical, safety, environmental regulations according to API, IADC and OSHAS. 
• Coordinate and direct the pre inspections and release audits in the field of Drilling and Work Over rigs of Sinopec Service for the start of operations with new projects. 
• Coordinate and manage the preparation of Maintenance Procedures, formats and field maintenance reports for Drilling and Work Over rigs. 
• Attend operational meetings with clients and internal meetings of the company on
  behalf of the department. 
• Manage and process payments related to the purchase of local and imported materials, services and spare parts.
