He has taken part in the development, supervision and execution of projects in refining, petrochemical production, industrial maintenance and facility construction within the oil and gas industry. He has collaborated with organizations such as PDVSA, Petrocaribe and international energy companies, and served as an engineering inspector and advisor for the Ministry of Energy and Mines. He currently leads Nasser Group Internacional, dedicated to industrial projects, specialized welding, and technical and chemical solutions for the energy sector.
